  A loved one recently passed away and we selected Ballard Durand for all of the wake and funeral arrangements. I had evaluated a few funeral homes in the area and found Ballard Durand offered the most complete services and they gave me excellent guidance from the first phone call. I was so impressed with their professionalism, warmth, kindness, sensitivity, sense of urgency and respectful, helpful attitude. In a very difficult and sad situation, the Ballard Durand team was exceptional. They truly went above and beyond from the moment I contacted them in the middle of the night. Matthew, Josh, Michael, Jenna and Megan were all so responsive in every situation; they all made our family the priority and cared for all of our needs and special requests with finesse. They made a stressful time so much better for our family. I recommend Ballard Durand without reservation and we are so grateful for all their efforts during our time of loss and grieving. Moreover, the location itself is a tasteful setting and the parking was very good as well. Thank you again, Matthew and team. Lois H

  Wonderful, caring staff. Beautiful funeral home. Great attention to detail and all the needs of the family. Therapy dog Lulu on premises, a great help.

  Our family's experience at Ballard Duran Funeral Home was of the highest quality with special attention paid to every part of their care. We highly recommend the staff and venue as to their reverence, kindness and attention to detail.
